Internship Program

Our internship program is designed to be a unique experience that sets our organization apart from other honor societies and clubs on campus. In this quarter-long program, interns will be assigned to at least one BAΨ officer to shadow and get personalized mentorship from. Additionally, interns will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience by working on tangible and meaningful projects. By the end of your internship program, you will have gained an intimate and in-depth understanding of BAΨ operations and also completed at least one significant project.

What have past interns accomplished?

In the past, interns have planned completely new events such as Interviewing Crash Course and the BAΨ Olympics, independently organized professional speaker events with the Big Four and mid-tier firms, developed new fundraising strategies, and implemented new social and community service events to increase member involvement. The internship program allows students to develop teamwork and leadership experience by working with fellow interns and the BAΨ board and also strengthens communication and professional skills through interaction with recruiters and professionals.

What are the requirements?

Any undergraduate student at UCLA may apply to the intern program. However, if you are not a current member or pledge of BAΨ and you are selected to become an intern, you are expected to pledge as a member of BAΨ as soon as possible. Additionally, interns are expected to attend as many BAΨ events as possible and be willing to commit a 3-4 hours each week to outside work and planning.

Interested in joining?

We are accepting applications for Winter 2024 interns. Applications for Winter 2024 will open at the end of the upcoming fall quarter!
